And then there were …more dogs in Training!
Wilson (13 months), Sundance, and Mac (both 20 months) continue to excel in their training. They are now focusing on retrieving various items in many different environments and, of course, taking their adventures outdoors.
In late October, we brought Sundance and Mac’s brother Whiskey into our service dog program and Coco Brulee into our facility dog program. Lisa Bosstick sponsored both Whiskey and Coco Brulee (14 months), an English Cream Labrador, which came from Brae Kennels in Washington. Whiskey’s trainer Diana Loiewski said, “he is a gentle, sweet, powerful, lover-dog who is always smiling. He is a swift learner who enjoys working for treats and excels at making everyone smile.” Coco B’s trainer, Marcy Piasecki, shared, “this sweet girl is the very first dog who has come to Pawsitive Teams to be specifically trained for the Facility Dog Program, and we couldn’t be more excited to get to know her and see where her personality and skills are best suited.”
