Are you interested in taking your dog to work with you to assist with your workplace goals?

If you have a well mannered, well behaved dog that you’re interested in taking to work with you, fill out the Pre-Application for the Pawsitive Teams Facility Dog Academy below. Our Facility Dog Academy is a six-month program in San Diego, California. Upon completion, you and your dog will be certified as a Facility Dog team with work site access.

This is not a formal application. We do not require a formal application until we feel we have an appropriate dog, handler, and work site. We’ll contact you as soon as we receive this form so that we can discuss more about your work environment and suitability of your dog as a Facility Dog.

NOTE: You must live in the San Diego area in order to enroll in the Pawsitive Teams Facility Dog Academy. If you are not in the San Diego area, please do not fill out the pre-application .
